We had a big flower donation today. We were able to make fourteen bouquets! Katelyn and Capriel did both the arranging and delivering of all. We met and gave a bouquet to a woman who had been hit by a car and badly injured. She wasn't able to walk anymore, and had many other health problems. She shared with a us a bit of her story. The girls and I learned much about love, forgiveness and making the best of a difficult situation. On the car ride home we discussed how much she taught us. Our trials can make us bitter or we can choose to learn from them and continue to smile. She showed us that the latter is possible- we felt so very blessed to have met her.
